2" Directional Jet Internal, graphite gray with clear center part 23425-017-999.   LED jet with clear nozzle in the Wave style.

This hot tub replacement jet insert is used in many QCA Spas including Dream Star and is 2 inches in diameter with a directional nozzle in the center.

The color is graphite gray and it is about 2 7/8" inches long.

Note this is the gray jet, not stainless steel.  The center nozzle is adjustable. This is a directional jet, so the nozzle does not spin, but the direction of flow can be adjusted.
