1014310 is a lower cost 115v 1HP circ pump that connects to 1 1/2 inch plumbing with a center discharge, single voltage 115v

10-48WTC0153 is a regular circ pump with side discharge that connects to 1 1/2 inch plumbing and is dual voltage  115v/230v.
