Original Artesian Spa pack 33-0612-08 includes built-in circuit board OP33-0612-08CB by Balboa along with case, wiring and heater and is found in the Resort Series and South Seas Artesian spas.

This is a factory original spa pack supplied by Artesian Spas with original factory programming, so if you have been directed to this part number, it is confirmed to fit with your spa model.
