Factory original Artesian Spa wrap pillow for the Platinum Elite Series spas.

Part OP26-0202-85-DOME is the wrap pillow that has a center whole for the dome insert.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE LOGO DOME.  You could reused your old logo dome or buy a new one. See SKU11-0211-77.

This pillow plate/logo dome fits in the center of select spa pillows and Artesian lids.

This 17 inch wrap pillow, with center logo dome cutout, has 2 mounting pins on back.
