58004 heater with pressure switch that is 180 degrees offset is discontinued, see above heater that has the pressure switch at 90 degrees.

Stainless steel heater assembly, 2" x 15", 4.0kW/230v with 1/8"npt pressure switch tap at 180 degress from the heater terminals, (2) 2" tailpieces, single groove thermowell cover & gaskets.

Commonly used on Leisure Bay tubs with Balboa control systems.
