Popular replacement filters that fit select Costco Evolution Spas include the H40506 if filter is 13 ¼” long and has a hole in the top and bottom, or H40206 if the filter is 8 inches long and has 1 ½ inch SAE threads on bottom.

The manufacturer recommends cleaning the spa filters regularly and replacing them every 6 months - 1 year or as necessary. Remove the threaded filter by turning counterclockwise, then pulling the filter up and out once it is unthreaded. An overnight filter soak for at least 24 hours is recommended to deep clean the filter pores. Then clean off with a garden hose.

It is also recommended to replace your ozonator every 2 years.

The rectangular pillows that are smaller can be dragged upward so the bottom of the bracke enters the slot in the pillow first (to mount the pillow). As the pillow starts attaching to the pillow bracket, push inwards in the middle of the pillow with fingers so it snaps into place.

The Evolution Spas Essence is an 85" square hot tub with a lounge seat and room for 6. It features 72 hydrotherapy jets, a Bluetooth sound system with 2 speakers, backlit waterfall, programmable lights, a 4 kW heater, an ozone water purification system, an insulated hard cover, digital topside controls, a 1 HP blower pump, a 4.5 HP high speed pump and a 5 HP dual speed pump.

The Evolution Spas Essex square hot tub measures 74" x 74" x 34" with room for up to 5 bathers. It has a lounge seat and 40 jets including 27 back jets, 6 leg jets and 7 foot jets. The jets are powered by a 2 speed - 5 HP pump. Costco carries the Evolution Spas Hilton 6 -7 person square spa, which measures 91" x 91" x 40". This spa requires a 240 volt / 60 amp GFCI breaker. The Hilton hot tub comes equipped with an ozonator, 120 hydrotherapy jets, LED lights, a Bluetooth sound system with 2 topside speakers, topside controls, a hard cover, a 4 kW heater, 2 x 4 HP pumps, 1 x 5 HP dual speed pump and a blower pump. This spa is available in a lounger version( fitting 6 persons) or a non-lounger version (fitting 7).

The Safari hot tub by Evolution Spas is a square 74.5" spa that can be installed as a 240 volt or a plug and play 110 volt hot tub. This spa comes equipped with a digital topside control panel, a programmable multicolor underwater light, 24 hydrotherapy jets (including 19 back jets, 4 leg jets and a foot jet), a 2 HP dual speed pump, a 1 kW heater, a 50 sq. ft. filter, an ozone purification system and an insulated spa cover.
