Emerald Spa and Great Lakes air injector 1-3/8" part 40043311.

The newest factory replacement air injector that fits will ship as the style has changed over the years, but for now they're back.! 
This item will be the current model air injector as supplied by the manufacturer.

Stem is about 3/8 in diameter and about 1 3/4 inches long including the threads.  The entire piece is about 2 inches tall/long.  Nut is about 1 1/8 inch wide.

Current model is once again the dark gray, original salt-shaker style in Galaxy Graphite gray as pictured below. 

 Gray salt shaker style air injector with 3/8" smooth barb connection to plumbing.
