Filter Assembly 2 Inch Slip RTL Bottom Mount 50 SqFt Canister Baja

50 sq.ft. filter assembly housing as used in Baja and other brand hot tubs. 2 inch slip version with 2 inch plumbing ports at bottom.

This filter housing comes with the cartridge filter included and is a top load filter with bottom plumbing connections that are 2 inch slip for both the inlet and outlet.

Pressure filter type with relief valve and handle. Comes complete with 50sqft cartridge filter.

Canister diameter 6 1/2 inches.  Hole in the niche is 6 5/8 inches.  Outer measurement is wider at top.

Includes the black filter lock ring to secure the filter body to the niche. Also includes lid lock ring to secure the lid. Has a push down lever to secure and release the lid lock ring.

The max. flow rate is 100 gallons per minute.  Lid does not have a chemical feeder.

This filter canister also replaces 172504B , 4666-30 , 788379707736 , PENR172504B , R172504B .

Rainbow/Pentair RTL-50, model R172504B is a 2"s top load filter.

If you need this type of filter assembly, you can use this R172504B - This replacement has the same function but does have some differences. 172504B has the same canister dimensions as the 25 sqft  version, But is a 50 Sq Ft Cartridge and will need reducers 437-251 since this is 2"Slip and the discontinued 18 had 1 1/2 inch connections.
