This control panel has a ribbon type plug.

8 pin ribbon plug.

This is a 10 button LCD K4 keypad for use in select model LA Spas hot tubs.

Overlay graphic sold separately if needed - see the rectangular overlay 109550.

The 10 button K-72, 5PL-49775 had a custom shape used on the SSPA control system from 2006-2008 and MSPA control systems from 2005-2008. That keypad has been discontinued and replaced with this 10 button K-4 which has a rectangle shape.   The old discontinued one had a custom shape and was used on SSPA control systems from 2006-2008 and MSPA control systems before that.  This 10 button keypad replaces all versions of the discontinued panel.

Can replace the discontinued LA Spas PL-49775 though exact overlay not available for that model.
