This is the alternative to an overnight filter soak which also does the job.

This is a bottle of INSTANT CARTRIDGE CLEAN filter care by Leisure Time. This is a liquid product that comes in a 16 ounce spray bottle bottle. Compatible with all sanitizers including bromine, chlorine, salt water, ozone, minerals and biguanide.

Use Instant Cartridge Clean monthly or more often between deep cleanings with Leisure Time Filter Clean.
Remove cartridge filter element from filter housing and rinse thoroughly with water to remove loose debris. Saturate the filter element with water. Spray Leisure Time Instant Cartridge Clean over the entire surface for maximum effect. After 5 minutes, rinse filter completely with water and replace it back into the spa. Note: If the filter is not completely rinsed, foaming may occur. Use Leisure Time Foam Down if that occurs.

Directions for use:

Remove spa filters or cartridges and rinse off any large debris.
Soak Spa filters or cartridges with water.
Spray Instant Cartridge Clean over entire surface area for maximum effect.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Remove spa filters or cartridges from solution and rinse thoroughly with a high pressure nozzle.
If possible let spa filters or cartridges dry before reinstalling.
