Ships with wet end in the 12 o'clock position (discharge facing upwards) however wet end can be rotated in 90 degree increments as needed to line up with existing plumbing.
For most Nordic hot tubs that use this model, the plumbing discharge going out the top of the wet end should line up with existing plumbing with no need to rotate wet end.
