We end comes oriented in the 12 o'clock position, but can also be rotated in 90 degree increments to line up with existing plumbing.

This is an original Nordic Hot Tubs replacement pump by AquaFlo. In some models, plumbing may need to be moved a little to accommodate the pump - which involves loosening foam and moving the hose to line up with the pump as needed.
