This jet type threads into jet body.

Jet insert has dual rotating nozzles.

Need a jet body?  See 228-0408 with 3/4" ribbed barb connection for water and 3/8" ribbed barb connection for air.
Or there is thew 228-0438 jet body with 3/4" smooth barb connection for water and 3/8" smooth barb connection for air.
There is also a jet body with 3/4" slip connection instead of barb  228-0410
