The cover is fire and mildew resistant and made with UV inhibitors to increase fade resistance in the sun.  Perfect replacement QCA Spa cover for Paradise models because it is the actual cover shipping with QCA Spas.

The corner radius on this cover is made to fit the above models including Paradise Ultra and measures 6".  The skirt length, or flap that hangs down around the edges is 5" long.
