Sundance Spas Pump Front Housing 2.5HP with 2 Drain Plugs 6500-288

My hot tub was leaking like crazy after my summer clean. My son took the panel off and saw the ozone valve was cracked so I called my spa service store. The tech said since my tub was more than 6 years old the ozonator was probably not functioning so he suggested we bypass it with a pronged coupler from local lowes or Home Depot. After we did this it still leaked and we found the pump housing was cracked ! We ordered this and paid for expedited shipping- it was still only 1/2 of a service call- and it arrived quickly. We had no trouble replacing the housing as it is only a few bolts and some plumbing connections. The only difficulty is in removing the pump. Whatever you do DONT CUT ANY FOAM.
