Waterway top load filter assembly 50sqft model 500-5010 has 1 1/2 inch plumbing connection.

Waterway Top Load, 50 sqft, 1-1/2" slip connections.

This filter assembly mounts in a niche so that the main body is under the shell of the spa, while the top is accessed from above the spa.
This complete filter includes a niche lock ring (secures the body to the niche), lid lock ring (secures the lid), 50 sq. ft. filter cartridge, and lid without a bromine feeder tube.

The diameter of the hole in the niche for this canister is 6-7/8"
